Thanks man. It was interesting when I had to move them around a bit. Like a brain teaser puzzle. Lord knows I’m at a disadvantage when it comes to brain teasers! I got some lunch quarters for next week.

I am a convert. Check out a product called “the Briner” it makes the entire process easier including storage and cleanup. Also their brine packets are phenomenal. I don’t always brine, but it does improve moisture and flavor. I used to think “ how could it get any better?”  It can. Thanks for the kind words.
