First pizzas on the LBGE

First time cooking pizzas on the egg! Same process I've done in the past, so only new piece was cooking on the egg versus the oven. Dough is from a local place (Pizzeria Locale for those in KC), sauce was a simple homemade raw sauce with tomatoes, olive oil, salt, garlic. We did pepperoni, cheese, buffalo chicken, and a spinach and prosciutto. Cooked at 600ish until done! Also made some homemade pretzel bites with a beer cheese sauce
