Great weeknight cook

Options
Cooked some bone in bone in loin chops tonight rubbed in plow boys and finished of with some 50/50 blues hog original and spicy. (Great combo by the way. Thanks forum!) Sauteed some snap peas and made some parmesan couscous with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil. Nothing better than a cold beer and a hot grill. Was a great way to start my weekend since today is my Friday. Thanks for looking.
