Brisket done a little early... Need advice

Hi All,

It is 7:00AM EST.  I just pulled off my 17lb SNF brisket.  I am not serving it until 1pm, so it is a little early.  I let rest for a few mins, then wrapped in foil and is now in the oven at 150 degrees, being that is the lowest setting.  Is this OK or should I be doing something else?

Sit back and relax, great eats await.  That is a heck of a nice Monday lunch.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

So.... how was it? With a good rest, you should have had nice lunch. Hope it turned out for you.
