Picked up a bone-in lip on Rib roast, trimmed off the bones, and put it in the freezer for about an hour. Shaved it thin on the Berkel 818, sautéed up some bell pepper and onion, and fried up the steak. Seasoned with salt and pepper and served with some Bush's beans. Washed it down with a Sam Boston Ale, and before anyone says anything, Yes, I am eating off of my granddaughter's Frozen plate.
