Tomahawk kinda night

First cook with the new large band assembly, RRP gasket and new lower mesh door (eggs about 15 years old). It was a Tomahawk kinda night. Oak chunks direct, medium rare. Thanks to Ron for offering these at a reasonable price.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
