First Pizza Attempt

My first attempt at pizza. I used Trader Joe's low fat pizza dough. Italian sausage and green pepper.
I could not roll the dough as thin as I liked. Otherwise the pizza tasted great for first attempt.
Should I try rolling less of the dough next time?

Looks great.  I find it hard to get thin crust.   I must ask, what is a low fat pizza dough?  I guess no oil.

Looks like a winner to me! Sometimes we split that amount in two and make two thin crust pizzas. Depending on your temp and set up, it would change the cook time I would think.

Looks tasty.  Let the dough sit out on your counter on a floured surface for 4 hours before shaping.  Makes it easier to shape and get a thinner dough with less pull back.

Thanks, I let it sit out for 20 minutes per the directions. Next time I will try 4 hours.
