sous Vide Flank Steak and Holy Mole

Lots of errands today sous vide to rescue.   Oiled steak and seasoned with Holy Mole,  sous vide- 131 for 90+minutes. Served with mexican rice, roasted red bell pepper and roasted jalapeño . Put steak on hot egg and turned every 20 seconds, Final temp of steak read 136.

    Really good,  Next we will marinate before meat before the sous vide
