Morning All:
My much better half has been in Illinois since Monday to see her mother who was in the hospital last week...she got back this afternoon after riding down with her sister & niece (niece attends USF) so I asked if she would mind having Shrimpburgers for dinner..."surprisingly"
she thought that was a good idea...I took 1.5 pounds of shrimp & made 12 shrimpburgers...
Also had some corn on the cob & sweet tator fries (done in that big box in the kitchen)...ready to pull off the second batch of burgers...
Good to have her back home again (and the shrimpburgers were pretty good too!)
