Hello everyone.  It's been a while since I have been here.  Life gets busy and you lose track of the finer things.  I recently got back in a bbq competition and funny enough acquired another egg the following weekend.  I guess you can say I am interested again.  So the most recent was a demo XL egg.  Holy smokes that thing is big.  It joins a L and and S at home.  I think I am going to retire my table and go strictly nests and side tables.  Anyways.  It's good to see everyone else is still in it.
