Bawk Bawk

My 15 month old daughter loves chicken and she especially loves smoked pulled chicken which she calls bawk bawk. Will be putting it on here shortly. 



I first season the back and then flip the chicken over. Cut the skin open on the breast and season it directly then fold the skin back over and season the rest. Seasoned with Susie Q Santa Maria valley style. Highly recommend these seasoning. More updates as the day goes on.
