Mom's B'day Cook

My mom's birthday was Saturday and I offered to take her to dinner. She insisted on me cooking, so we had a Sunday dinner:

Pulled beef (whole chuck roll)
Chicken Thighs(started raised indirect on the large and then changed to raised direct on the medium due to beef drippings on the plate setter)
Ribs (Pork and Beef)
Hotdogs 
Polish Sausage (not picture)

This marks my first big cook where I used only Big Green Eggs and my first use of the Woo on my medium.
