BGEWDE, if you've done a butt, you've done half a shoulder so you should experience nothing but success. Just make sure that Traegerman does a first taste test with you using NO sauce. If not, then Traegerman is no fool; he knows you can hide inferior cooking with a great sauce. :-)

TraegerMan is a purest! I use no sauce on my pulled pork! Why NO sauce? Because when its cooked perfect you don't need it! Well, I might put just a little white sauce on my sandwich, but thats all! And that is just to pay homage to Chris Lilly! Co Bro, we'll see ya at Riverfest!
