Shoulder Cook

<p />Here is my first whole shoulder. I have cooked many Boston Butts, but for the shoulder this is my first attmept. It has been on for about 14 hours, has about 6 to go. I have a friend that has a trager that is cooking one today also. He believes that his will be much better than mine. Tragerman is a fool! [p]Good luck Mayor.[p] [p]

BGEWDE, if you've done a butt, you've done half a shoulder so you should experience nothing but success. Just make sure that Traegerman does a first taste test with you using NO sauce. If not, then Traegerman is no fool; he knows you can hide inferior cooking with a great sauce. :-)

TraegerMan is a purest! I use no sauce on my pulled pork! Why NO sauce? Because when its cooked perfect you don't need it! Well, I might put just a little white sauce on my sandwich, but thats all! And that is just to pay homage to Chris Lilly! Co Bro, we'll see ya at Riverfest!
