Dome flaking

Has anyone  seen this  before the inside  of my dome is starting to flake off blake stuff. Im not that concerned just curious  what its. It doesn't  appear  to be grease.

    That is very common when doing a bunch of smoking.   Get prepared to be bombarded by the "nuclear" clean burn folks.  No need to get out of control.  Run your egg about 600-650 for a couple hours.  When it cools off hit the left over flakes with some balled up aluminum foil. All will be good.

    The only thing that concerns me is the unlevelness of the bright white ceramic now exposed. It appears that is ceramic flaking meaning a warranty claim in your near future.
