How we do burgers in Texas

My first attempt at grilling 'Texas' burgers. I used Chupacabra rub, 80/20 was a bit too fatty(too much fat dripping on the coals). Other then that it was fun and delicious.
This was prbably the best picture while they held their form.

Very nice. Wife will not let me do 80/20 (which is the best for burgers by far).... Fat is your friendSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
