the he bell peppers I used the same as the poppers but you can do whatever you want and it always come out pretty good

Man I was talking to my buddy about doing another Egg and before building my outdoor kitchen last night. This is something to aspire to.  

I only think I will be in this house a few years so I don't want to commit to that kind of setup yet, but when I do that center range is a must. 

Is that a holding oven at the bottom? I'm bumming my sisters Alto Shamm right now but I want to build one in.
