Just a shot of spares that were pretty good. I was pretty hungry, but because they were bending nicely, I took them off. Exceptionally meaty.



FWIW, the brand was Indiana Kitchen. Its out of Delphi, IN and is distributed in the midwest. A few years ago, most of the product was going to Japan. Somewhat more expensive, but reliable quality.

    Looking good ... I second the Indiana Kitchen ribs ... that's what my local small town market carries.  I watch for sales and stock up.

    Will look for them. I saw some niemann ranch ribs the other day and they looked beautiful. Had I not already got a pack from the big box store I would have tried them.
