Had a really nice weekend making all sorts of food. Finally made a brisket that wasn't bone dry. Ribs on Saturday and brisket and butt today for dinner. A fun weekend to say the least. Used Byrons Butt Rub and Some Dizzy Pig Pineapple. Sorry about the order of pics.
