It's crazy weather outside - raining one minute, sunny the next. No better time to fire up the Egg for a simple cook. :)

Chicken leg quarters rubbed in Oak Ridge Secret Weapon. Cooked at 425 raised indirect with peach smoke. The skin came out nice and crispy, and the Oak Ridge rub is just killer. 

It was a great lunch!
