Sous vide burgers finished on the egg

All this talk of sous vide burgers (@Theophan ) put me in the mood to try it again .  80/20 patties, Sous Vide at 131 for 3 hours, finished on the small egg. 



A low carb version for me.  Cheese, mayo, and A-1 (Don't judge me!)

For the record, horseradish sauce was a superior condiment.  



Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Looks good, it has been a while since I made sous vide burgers.  My favorite topping is a mix of mayo and Koolickles.... Strange but good :)

    Thanks @paqman.  I have never heard of Koolickles but I googled and they definitely sound interesting strange but good.
