Game Day Wings and Pizza Night

For the Browns game I cooked up some wings with dizzy dust at 400 indirect.  After 40 minutes I sauced and let them go another 10 minutes.  The wings were great and the Browns...not so much. 


For dinner I cooked pizza at 550 raised for about 10 minutes. Bread flour tends to do better for me at 550...so I kept it "low" and slow. I tell you what, goat cheese and pizza is a very very good combination!  Also, I put semolina flour at the bottom of the dough, which I think helped with the transfer from the peel to the egg.  I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!
