Halftime stir fry

I had a steak from the freezer I had thawed and then thinly sliced. Marinated in a little light soy, dark soy, oyster sauce and some garlic chili paste for a tad of heat. @mattman3969 Here are some pics my friend. I remembered to take some for this cook.

I cut up a bit of broccoli, garlic and ginger. I used some (shhhhh!) store bought stir fry sauce because I had some.

Here are the cook pics.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
