Trader Joe's question

Options
Just purchased a small , pre seasoned Tri-Tip from  Trader Joe's.   What are your suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

    I usually go reverse sear.

    1. Indirect @ 250 until about 115 degrees internal (normally about 45 minutes)
    2. Pull and cover it/tent it.
    3. Pull out platesetter and raise temp to around 550
    4. Sear both sides for about 1.5 minutes.
