That is good advice. I honestly don't use my controller all that often, but it is great for longer cooks- especially overnight cooks.BigGreenVOL said:

Nash-vegas is where both my parents and my sister went to school; I had to bust the trend and go somewhere else! All three went to Lipscomb. I think I know Nashville just as good as I know Atlanta.
