Yet Another Stuffed Pepper Cook

I can't stop making these. I love them! This time I added sirracha sauce to the browned sausage/goat cheese mixture and put shredded jack/cheddar on top. Made some burgers with gouda and gruyere  cheese, pickled red onion and mayo.

Dang good meal for my 6th consecutive day of egging since I picked up my load of OO. I just can't stop. Eventually I'll have to eat some leftovers.
