plan b swordfish steaks

I was on the outer banks today for work and stopped by the seafood market for some grouper. They were all out so I had to settle for swordfish, although that's not really settling as swordfish is one of my favorites. Whipped up some mango salsa and some brown rice on the side. Just a couple dozen or so more posts and I'll be able to participate in the rub exchange.
