Happy Birthday to my lovely wife.   In-laws are bringing dinner over later.   She is taking a nap and I am watching the Daytona 500.  No cooking on the egg today,  it's a little cold for me and she has asked for cold armer, which was is basically stuffed cabbage rolls.  It's a Swedish dish her mom makes.   Pretty good stuff.
