Happy birthday to my son

He turns 10 this week. He requested "egg burgers, hot wings, and egg hotdogs". We have 20 folks (including our priest) coming soon and I love nothing more than cooking for a crowd. Especially a K.I.S.S. cook. Daytona 500, burgers, birthday, and a great time. I think I'll go indirect all the way today...to avoid the crowd (or beverages) causing me to burn anything.

Thanks everyone. He is a good kid and deserves a good day. We had fun. 3 generations of ksmyrls close friends and good food. Forgive the bad pics. First is a few of the burgers. The ones in the back have SWMBO's homemade jalapeño pimento cheese on them. The ones w the fake cheese are for a couple of kids. The other is SWMBO's from scratch chocolate cake.
