SWMBOs birthday and I rose from the bed at 5am to put on a butt for pork sliders. Beers started flowing at 7am so this thread might get ugly. Butts at 187 right now so FTC is in the cards. More pics and narrative later.

Great day-and most eggcellent cook. BTW-my BGE house rules-light the BGE =time for an adult beverage (time of day doesn't enter into the mix). Food on-time for an adult beverage (hopefully not too long for the nasties to clear:)), then as appropriate for the supervisory task at hand. YMMV-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
