That is a lot of bacon!!! I did 15 lbs in my last batch and I thought that was about as big of a batch as I would want to do.--------------------------------------------------

My supplier only get bellies that have 27-30 lbs per case. 2 whole bellies. That is the usual amount I do at a time.
