Spatched bird & more (pics)

Spatched chicken with paella pan underneath for stock. Used the fat from the stock to make delicious gravy for dinner. Then tonight I used the stock for this meal with basmati rice, boneless chick thighs, curry, spices etc... the stock from the egged chicken is soon good. And this was probably the best chicken I've ever had. It was unbelievably moist meat.
