Thanksgiving turkey burger on the mini

Have wanted to give the ground turkey in Costco a shot for awhile so I finally got some. Mixed 1 of the pouches of turkey, about half a box of savory herb stuffing mix, bout half a can of cranberries and sauce, Some gravy and S&P. Slice of Jarlsberg melted on top with some more cranberry and gravy. I ate 4 of these this weekend and they were great. Also got the floor in my 2nd attic above the garage finished and one of the sliding top suncast mini sheds set up out back so I finally got my garage cleared out and things somewhat situated...

Hmmm... Cook's illustrated has a turkey burger recipe that has you grind thighs up. I'm going to modify that, thanks for the inspiration.
