It ain't no Brisket Camp but...   Currently living in Nepal and it cost way too much to ship my egg here.  Wings indirect 30-20-10, on the weber with cherry.  Every weekend.  Experimenting with the local hot sauce.  View from my rooftop - snowcapped peaks are behind the clouds.  When the monsoon ends, it's amazing.

Absolutely love the Himalaya. I have only experienced it from the Tibet side.

@badinfluence I'm an international schools teacher.  Been doing this for 23 years and have taught in Egypt, Zambia, El Salvador, Ethiopia and Nepal.  Come home to Tennessee (almost) every summer and egg my head off.
