PSA-FTC-you can run with it! 7+ hours with a low-end cooler

As mentioned above, had a packer brisket finish way early-FTC (foil, towel cooler) then did the FTC in an Igoo cooler for 7+ hours before slicing and eating.  Lowest temp by way of the thermopen was 152*F..  BTW-most eggcellent eats!

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    I like to hear these stories. They help prevent people from panicking when things don't go as planned. Also, they boost confidence on starting cook times knowing all is good if it finishes early.
