Last night's cook - Turkey stuffed peppers

Needed to eat a bit lighter last night. Ground some turkey thighs and seasoned with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, S&P, garlic etc.. 375 degrees for 30 minutes, added Mozzarella and a mater from the garden and went 10 minutes longer. Served with sautéed Kale. 
In the  Hinterlands between Cumming and Gainesville, GA
Med BGE, Weber Kettle, Weber Smokey Joe, Brinkman Dual Zone, Weber Genesis Gas Grill and portable gasser for boating
