    What is your dome temp at? You could go to 400 if you need to. I did my 9 pounders at 300 to 350 in 7.5 hours. If at 390 to 400 you may cut an hour off.

    I stayed close to 400 dome. FTC now. Will eat in a hour or so!!

    Pork had really good flavor, but was not as moist or tender as normal.  I think 400 is a tad too high!~  Taste was good regardless!!
