Centex post but cazzy gets the credit

Cazzy sent me this link and I took an ass chewing because I gave Centex credit. I brined the 7 lb breast overnight. In the midst of bloody marys and trying to shoot a huge rabbit in the yard I overcooked the bird to 175. I also have a magic egg because it hit 175 an hour early. However, the brine saved the bird. Very tender and tasty. Will do this every time from now on. No pics because i'm still waiting on that rabbit.

    Lmao. Regardless of whoever told you or who gets creditn, this is a badass brine for poultry and an even better book!
