Awesome deep dish pizza

SWMBO out of town. She likes thin crust, I like deep dish. Here we go. Homemade crust, homemade sauce. Uncle made the sausage, two layers of cheese, mushrooms and sun dried tomato. 40 minutes later, one of my better pies.

Egg settled in at 375 and it took 40 minutes. Opened once about halfway thru and rotated the CI pan.
