First butts of the season...

I grabbed a 20 lb two pack from RD this week for some weekend guests.  First meat purchased from Restaurant Depot and they look sweet.  Put both on last night with a 220 grid temp and a bit of Apple Wood.  Was rock solid at 220 for 3 hours before bed.  Woke to my Maverick at 3:30 am when she dropped below 200.  Opened up a bit and went back to bed.  When I got up the grid was only at 197.  Seems I did not tweak it enough.  She is now up to 220 again and the butts show about 153. Hope I won't end up drying them out any.
