Setting this up for the first time!!!
1. Dose the pit probe just get clipped to the grate?
2. Where is the daisy wheel set at for maximum efficiency? Lets say the temp for the cook is 275.
Thanks Much!!

I cook everything based on dome temp. So, I clip the pit controller probe at the notch machined into the dome thermo probe. Daisy wheel at 1/8" or so. But per the Guru folks, the daisy opening doesn't really matter.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
