Stuffed Brisket Burgers

Got a 2 1/2lb flat and ground that baby up & mixed in some fish sauce
Sautéed some mushrooms & spinach for the stuffing and covered with pepper jack cheese
No pics on the egg but cooked on the small at 450 raised direct
And a plated on a whole wheat ciabatta bun with sweet potato fries
Absolutely one of the best burgers I have made.

Looks great. Thanks to this site, I did stuffed burgers for the first time ever last weekend. Yours looks as good as any I've ever seen.
