Cooking this tomorrow. Injected with Creole butter and rubbed down with sweet rub of mine. Using apple for smoke. Also going to try out my new DigiQ2.

  • Looks like a great start.  do you regularly inject, I don't know why but the creole butter has always seemed a little greasy to me.  I think I am using to much.  How much do you inject?

    I never used it before. My bro-n-law always does and said its great so I tried it. In only used about 1/2 of a cup.

  • 1/2 a cup to a cup should be about all you need for a regular sized butt.
