Super Bowl wing and moink cook

Options
Did a batch of chicken wings yesterday. Let them dry out in the fridge, rubbed half with Dizzy Pig Swamp venom, and the other half with corn starch and their red eye express. I wanted to see if the corn starch really makes a difference in crispness. Raised direst at 400. They came out great. Corn starch was crispier. Made 4 moink balls. Not to bad.
