Is there a correct direction that a pork belly should be sliced?

yes you have to look at the sides of the belly to see what looks like bacon and slice it accordingly

2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIAN

I look at it from both directions and each looks like bacon.

I would think that you should slice it the long way then

2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIAN
