First low and slow yesterday.

Baby backs.  Used a rub I got in Oxford, MS and then threw on the egg (250-275*).  Forgive me for the lack of pictures but it's pretty easy to see why:

Lighting: Jack and Coke
Ribs on: Heineken
Hour 1 temp check: Corona
Hour 2 temp check: Corona
Hour 3 temp check: Corona
Hour 4 temp check: Corona
Hour 5 temp check: Corona
Toothpick test: Corona
Pull: Corona
Dinner: Corona

I'm gonna like this Egging business.

    You've got the routine dialed it can get very overcast with a low&slow pork butt of extended duration :)  I'm sure the ribs were great.
    Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer.
