Sure don't look like pork...... priced like beef rib eyes....who knew pork was graded?  

Sure would go well with the black-eyed peas and cornbread that will be served later today.

I usually won't pay full price, but I can't remember the last time I saw ribeyes that marbled at Publix.

Publix Greenwise was recently graded USDA Angus. They're not bad.

They were definitely beef.  I cooked them tonight on the Lodge grill.  I've only done a couple of cooks on it.  The neat thing about it is it runs reasonably well on mostly tiny pieces of lump you wouldn't even want to bother using in the BGE.  Kind of like burning trash to cook a nice steak
