Rack of Pork

Picked up a rack of pork from Costo. Rubbed it heavy with brown sugar and a molasses bacon flavored rub. Put it on indirect at 275 for about 3 hours until internal temp was 145. Served with a cherry pomegranate habanero sauce. It was amazing and may be one of my favorite meals off the egg to date!

  • I did my first one a few months ago and found a couple of vac sealed pieces in the freezer.  Forgot how dang good those thing were.  Yours looks great.

    That looks much better than the one I got at Costco.  It was Kirkland brand, the only brand one they had.  I love the"eyelash" dark meat on the outside the best.  Mine didn't have much of that succulent meat on it.  Well done.
