Anybody ever tried adding rum or some other alcohol to the cheese mixture before filling the shot?

    Sounds good, maybe some brandy. That's high gastronomy for pig shots man :)

  • Only time I add alcohol to anything is a sauce, and 98% of the time it's wine which I don't consume much of so it doesn't effect my consumption. I'm sure you will get some chefs that will explain why adding it to things helps the flavor but I'm a meat and potatoes guy. Don't tell me to put booze in my meat when I could consume it myself.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
