I'm going to EGG a 5 pound pork loin today. In injected it with a honey orange marinade. Does the extra liquid cause a longer cook time? I'm thinking indirect at 325-350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Does that sound right? Thanks in advance for your help.

Nope. If anything it may even be a little shorter as the liquid is more efficient at conducting heat.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
