A few years ago I bought my two sons, each, an XL BGE and the Stoker..... We do several family get-togethers with family and friends, and today is one of those days......I am cooking the pork butts on my Egg at my house and the beef bones are being cooked on the Egg at my son's house. I am monitoring both cooks with the Stokers on my iPad.......the Dino Ribs are large and expensive....something I sure don't want to screw up
